Before transferring our IT Support to Ensign Solutions, our previous IT Supplier was charging an extremely high rate for an inadequate service. In a total of 6 months I had seen them twice. With my limited knowledge of IT, I could see our computer systems were ineffective. Even our virus protection was a year out of date.

Due to expansion, it was clear to us that we needed a dedicated computerised stock control system and to do this we would require all our office workers to have access to a networked PC. After a recommendation, we decided to invite Ensign Solutions to install a new server based network system. They produced a clear proposal in plain English explaining all I.T. requirements including internet connections, email addresses, security etc
They took care of everything from organising the network cabling, ordering the required computer hardware, then installed the system and were available to give advice at every step of the process. We now have a reliable network; our computerised stock control system has gone live and as a result it is improving the way we run our business.
We like the fact that we are not tied into a support contract and we only pay for the support we require which helps us keep our IT support costs to a minimum.
